If you want your garage to look nice, you have to finish the walls. There's just no way around that.
The traditional way to go is with drywall, which I can do for you. You don't necessarily have to tape/mud all seams and screw holes, sand, and then paint, but that's what would give you the most inviting feeling. Taping, mudding, and painting would be a skill best carried out by a separate contractor of your choosing.
An even better way to go would be with a product called Trusscore, which is a PVC-based drywall alternative. As a PVC product, it is smooth, non-porous, hygienic, abuse resistant, and incredibly easy to clean and maintain. Unlike with drywall, there is no absorbing of unpleasant odors or risk of water damage. It features tongue and groove installation, which I can do for you. Many garages can even be completed in one day! And there are no seams or exposed screws to tape and mud, so there are no additional contractors to hire. Panels come in either white or gray. You can choose to paint the panels if you want, but as-is the panels will look amazing.

If you receive quotes from multiple contractors, take note of what type of floor coating is being quoted: acrylic, epoxy, or polyaspartic. I only apply polyaspartic because it is far superior in my opinion. It is more expensive because of that, but if my reputation is on the line I only trust polyaspartic to keep you happy the longest.
It's superior because the concrete itself gets permanently altered. Other products just sit on top of the concrete, leaving it susceptible to chipping away. Before polyaspartic is applied, the very top surface of the concrete gets ground away to open the pores to allow the polyaspartic to seep in and chemically bond to the concrete. The end result is essentially an entirely new concrete product.
It's also incredibly more resilient to everyday life. Soap and water will clean 99% of what you might end up doing to the floor.
